A contemporary reimagining of high-latitude maritime utility, this piece draws its shape from the N-1 Deck Jacket—a silhouette originally engineered for the U.S. Navy in the 1940s to withstand the abrasive conditions of life at sea.
While preserving the iconic "storm-front" button closure and protective stand-collar, ANTIOFF has stripped away the heavy weight of the past in favour of a modern composition suited for the urban environment.
The result is a jacket that carries the stoic, utilitarian authority of vintage surplus while offering the breathability and mobility required for the modern explorer.
Featuring a high-density shell contrasted with a soft-ribbed collar, it utilises a dual-layer closure system—combining a robust internal zipper —to ensure in a versatile all-seasons construction.
Designed with a slightly dropped shoulder and a short, boxy silhouette. Thick cotton stitching and raw-edge detailing are combined to create a structured, tactile finish. The back features a subtle shaping adjustment for improved fit.
Raw-edge finishes are applied at the cuffs and hem.
Finished with a YKK contrast metal double-zip closure.
