1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Agreement: By accessing or using the website citizenoutlier.com (the "Site") and purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS") and our Privacy Policy.

2. General Conditions of Sale
2.1. Product Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all content is entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
2.2. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
2.3. Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not constitute the final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in product or pricing information.
3. Shipping and Delivery

3.2. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Citizen Outlier is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.
3.3. International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred for international shipments.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
4.1 Returns & Exchanges
Citizen Outlier does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer preference unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for an exchange or store credit equal to the original purchase price, subject to approval and product availability.
4.2 Faulty Items
If an item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Faults must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the item.
4.3 Return Conditions
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Citizen Outlier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4.4 Non-Returnable Items

4.5 Return Process
To request a return, exchange, or store credit, customers must contact Citizen Outlier within seven (7) days of delivery with their order number and relevant details.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
4.6 Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Citizen Outlier recommends using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4.7 Processing Times
Approved exchanges and store credits will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All written content, graphics, logo, and software used on the Site are the property of Citizen Outlier or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or exploit any such content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Site and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Citizen Outlier does not warrant that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citizen Outlier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these ToS by posting updates and changes to the Site. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
