Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days to process.

If the item you ordered is not currently in stock in Sydney, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. You will receive a notification email once the item has been transferred from our suppliers.

Items within the same order may be dispatched separately. Tracking details for each shipment will be provided. 

Please note that due to the Chinese New Year public holiday period in China, some orders may experience shipping delays.

$15 Standard Shipping (via AusPost 7-10 business days). 

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post. Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey through the domestic network.

 

International Shipping
$30 Standard Shipping (via AusPost 10-15 business days).

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. 

Orders shipped to the United States and its unincorporated territories may experience extended delivery times due to customs processing and evolving import regulations. Any applicable duties or tariffs are assessed by U.S. customs authorities and are outside of our control.
