Faux Two-Piece Column Maxi Dress

A floor-length dress constructed to give the illusion of two separate pieces. A minimal square-neck camisole sits above a long column skirt, creating the clean proportions of a coordinated set within a single silhouette.

Cut from a lightweight TR-blend fabric, the dress has a smooth, fluid drape with enough weight to fall cleanly along the body. Fine shoulder straps and an uninterrupted neckline keep the upper half deliberately spare, while a high side slit breaks the long skirt line and introduces movement.

The faux two-piece construction creates a subtle layered effect at the waist — minimal from a distance, more considered on closer inspection.
