Detachable Plaid Layer Hoodie

A relaxed hooded sweatshirt jacket constructed from a dense air-layer cotton blend, designed with a faux two-piece construction that creates the illusion of layered shirting beneath oversized outerwear. The exaggerated funnel hood folds softly around the neckline, while the exposed plaid underlayer extends through the hem and cuffs — referencing the improvised layering of early-2000s streetwear and commuter uniforms.

Dropped shoulders, oversized sleeves, and a slightly cropped blouson shape give the piece volume without rigidity, balanced by a two-way metal zip and oversized kangaroo pockets. The detachable plaid insert allows the silhouette to shift between cleaner minimalism and a more styled, deconstructed look.

Designed as a transseasonal outer layer — moving between hoodie and lightweight jacket.

Johno is 186cm and wears a Size XL. Maxine is 174cm and wears a Size L.

Polyethylene terephthalate (polyester) 49%, Viscose fiber 46%, Polyurethane elastic fiber (spandex) 5%.

Care
Turn garment inside out before washing and drying.
Hand wash recommended at temperatures below 30°C. If machine washing, use a gentle or delicates cycle. Do not bleach or use harsh detergents. Do not wring or scrub aggressively. Do not tumble dry.
Dry in shade. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
